Cobb’s Landing Upstairs ! A room with a View!

When I knew my daughter wanted a big bash for her “Sweet 16 ” birthday party, I had to come up with the best place to accommodate about 20-25 kids.  The one venue that I remembered and had been to a few times, was Cobb’s Landing upstairs. Many people don’t even know that it exists or that the space is available for a rental. Donna Burke, the office manager was my contact person and worked very well with me in getting it all together. We had to decide on how many tables, the food, the drinks and the linens. The planning process with Donna went smooth and the venue rental price was a reasonable $200.00. With the finger food, drinks, linens and clean up, the total at the end was still a well priced deal. Donna made sure to have a table set up for Taylor’s gifts, sit down eating and for the food. The drinks were served to the teens as needed by our assistant , Chelsea. When you rent the space, you also receive a personal assistant to help serve drinks and anything else you need. That was a plus for me personally to have that extra help.

It was a special night for my daughter and the room easily accommodated tables, food and a DJ with plenty of room to dance.  The atmosphere upstairs is “casual but nice” with a view that is hard to beat. We made our own centerpieces and we realized early on that we did not need much in the way of decorations which makes it another reason to secure this as a venue for that special occasion. I appreciated the way everything went smoothly and I highly recommend this as an option for that special occasion! If you want more information call 772-460-9014 and ask to speak to Donna. Tell them we referred you.
