Hi it’s Plythe! Although, my parent’s families aren’t pioneers of Fort Pierce, they did settle in this area in the mid 1930s. I fondly remember my mother speak of glorious days when she was a girl. She would walk around downtown Fort Pierce gazing at the Seminole Indians dressed in their native garb or the sailors in their white uniforms.

I started the Treasures of Fort Pierce website to help promote Fort Pierce in a positive and fun way. This is an online blogazine that can be used as a resource for locals or tourists. I am continually updating the website for the latest information on stories, events and fundraisers. The website has a strong presence in the social media market which helps brings traffic and connections from all around the world.

I graduated from John Carroll High School and went on to graduate from Flagler College and Columbia Seminary. I moved back to Ft. Pierce after being away 20 years. I am a mother of two and I enjoy getting involved in the community. I am on the board of the Community Redevelopment Advisory committee, formaly on  the Suncoast Mental Health Center’s Resource Development committee and a former Chamber of Commerce Member. I was a member of Grace Way Village in 2012- 2015 , and Royal Palm member.  Coming home to my roots has been a fantastic experience, and I enjoy seeing so many new treasures in and around St. Lucie County.

My most recent project is the launch of my new show that I host called, “What’s Your Story?”.   Check it out on my TV Show tab.  I could not have done this without the help of my advertisers.  Many thanks for the support.
